Forever Home - Lifestyle Estate, catering for a multi generation inhabitants with various lifestyle, care and recreational options. 

What is the process from purchasing my home to taking ownership?

The purchase entails a typical plot and plan contract. Once the client has signed the Agreement of Sale (AOS) and the Building Agreement (BA), the client has an option to apply for a building bond. Once the building bond has been approved by the finical institution, the land transaction is concluded, and registration takes place. Followed by this is the commencement of construction of the house or “top structure”. A normal “draw down” process will be followed in which the developer will request a draw down payment from the client’s bond. The sequence of these drawdowns and construction program will be available on the contract documentation (AOS and BA). Once construction is done and a completion certificate has been issued, the final draw down will occur and the client can take occupation.

Does My Stand Need To Be Registered In My Name Before Building Works Can Commence?

How Will Security Work On The Estate? What Security Measures Will Be In Place On The Estate?

The Klipfontein Lifestyle Estate will have a perimeter security fence with a Main Gate House as you enter the estate. The Main Gate House will be the first point of security, wherein vehicle registrations and identity documentation are being checked. There will also be CCTV surveillance at the Main Gate House.  Furthermore, there will be Access Controlled Security Precincts within the estate, in other word, each residential precinct or “pocket” will be built with an internal parameter walls system and electric fencing. Each internal precinct wil  be access-controlled by a sell-to-gate amd intercom system, which will control a sliding gate and pedestrian gate system.

Will There Be An Internet Connection?

Yes, the entire estate will be fiber reticulated with various options on internet packages and internet service providers.
