Eligibility:

The competition is open to Malmesbury Council members who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter:

To enter the competition, participants must:

Scan the provided QR code.

Complete the form on the landing page by submitting their name, contact number, and email address.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Competition Period:

The competition begins on 13 August 2024 and ends on 13 August 2024. Entries submitted before or after the competition period will not be eligible.

Prize:

The prize is one (1) box of Swartland Bush Vine Wine.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Klipfontein Country Estate's discretion. The prize is subject to availability and Klipfontein Country Estate reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by one of the executives of Klipfontein Country Estate.

Klipfontein Country Estate shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Rights Granted by You:

By entering this competition, you understand and agree that Klipfontein Country Estate, anyone acting on behalf of Klipfontein Country Estate, and Klipfontein Country Estate's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, photo, and statements about the competition for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Klipfontein Country Estate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Klipfontein Country Estate's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.

Klipfontein Country Estate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the competition or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Klipfontein Country Estate and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
